Crafted from your choice of either durable MDF or plywood this sturdy addition consists of two rooms with 0.375-inch thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy one-step assembly and guaranteed durability. The floor-to-ceiling height measures an impressive 9.438 inches. Wooden shingles are provided for the roof but shutters are not included in this kit. It’s suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces it’s not recommended for children under the age of 3.
