This unfinished dollhouse kit requires assembly and finishing and does not include paint, furniture or decorations; the image shown is an example of how your assembled dollhouse could look once painted and finished. The parts used for this dollhouse are pre-cut by expert craftsmen using only high quality materials. Features: -Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings. -Arrives unfinished and unassembled. Requires complete assembly and painting by an adult. -Finished product not for use by children under 3. -Choice of Milled MDF, Milled Plywood or Smooth Plywood for exterior wall finishes: – Milled MDF has 3/8″ Clapboard profile milled into the surface of the exterior walls. This is the quickest and easiest was to own a house with clapboard siding, because it is built-in and ready to paint. . -Milled Plywood is the same as Milled MDF except the material of the exterior walls and the interior walls are made of plywood -Smooth Plywood has smooth exterior walls (no siding or textured profile).
