Greenleaf Orchid Dollhouse Kit – 1 Inch Scale

This unique turn-of-the-century Victorian cottage features ornate trim fixed double-hung style windows octagon shaped dormer windows and a bay window. The house is constructed from plywood while the shingles are made from birch veneers. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. The detailed trim and decorative front porch add to its charming authenticity. Please note: This dollhouse comes unassembled; approximate assembly time is 8 hours. It also comes unfinished and ready to paint. Paint not included. Recommended Supplies: wood glue sandpaper latex paint latex primer stain and a hot glue gun.
